What is your policy on customization, personalization and returns?

Since all items are CUSTOM made just for YOU they are NOT returnable if you approved the proof. You have 24 hours to cancel the order and receive a refund. After 24 hours I do not allow refunds or cancellations. As soon as the order is placed the process to make your personalized item begins. Be sure all of the information is correct INCLUDING spelling, dates, times, lengths, and all personal information on the proof design that I will send to you. EVEN IF YOU ORIGINALLY SENT ME CORRECT INFORMATION, PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE PROOF. Once you give me the "ok" to start the customization, it cannot be "fixed" or "changed."

When can I expect my order?

My current turn around time is about 1 week, but often sooner. Please do not include holidays. (Listings might state longer, but please check my front page banner or send me a message for the most accurate current turn around times.)

I can RUSH ORDER but please contact me prior to be sure that it is possible based on your needs and USPS or UPS.

Expect about 2-3 days to receive your item after it has shipped within the US via USPS Priority Mail. (Longer with First Class and shorter with Express Mail.)

International shipping will take longer, please ask me for a estimated time.

Please note ** Once your package is scanned into the post office, its out of my hands. I can happily track it for you, but it ultimately arrives at their speeds.

What is your response time if I have a question?

I try to answer each message as quickly as possible during the day but that is when I am making orders. I will try to answer every question at night as I am often designing the custom items and artwork proofs in the evenings.

I also try my best to answer you over the weekends, but again, I am not always available and usually will respond at night.

If I have not responded to you in 24-hours, please resend your message. I receive and respond to a lot of messages each day and, even though I try hard to catch each one, it is possible that I may miss one occasionally.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

I do offer discounts for larger orders!

Most multi listing show the discount but, if you have a question
please click the "Ask A Question" button for the listing you would like.

I will create a personal listing for you that reflects the discount and any other special request. You will be able to purchase directly from that custom listing link.

Where are your thread colors and font options?

Etsy only lets me list so many thread color choices. If it is not listed but is on my chart, I have it. If you do not see my thread color chart on the listing, please ask me and I will send it directly to you.

I can only post so many pictures on each listing as well. If there is no font option on the listing, please let me know and I will send you font options to pick from.

Do you gift wrap?

I do offer a "Granny Gram" if you request one. I will set up a custom link for you to PURCHASE the "Granny Gram" option. I will hand write a note, wrap in tissue paper, and wrap it in an occasion appropriate gift bag. I will ship it in a box as opposed to a regular poly mailer.

If you do not want to PURCHASE a "Granny Gram" you CAN include a personal note. Type it into the comments section at check out and it will show up on the packing slip that is put in with the item at shipping.

THERE ARE NO PRICES ON THE PACKING SLIPS.

Where do I put in my custom information? Then what?

Please list in the comment section at checkout what you want on the item, the item color if I offer more than one color, the thread color choices, and the font options. If you do not see this and would prefer I set up a custom listing link for you, please contact me and I will set up a custom link for you to purchase from.

Keep an eye on your ETSY inbox. I will send a proof for you to approve within 24-72 hours after purchase---not including weekends or holidays. If you do not get a proof in that time frame, please contact me! After you approve your proof it will take me 3 to 5 days to create your item.

Occasionally there longer turnaround times but usually shorter!
